Fees

As the 2023/2024 academic year comes to an end, the management of Great All Roberto Learning Centre extends its sincere gratitude to all parents/guardians for their cooperation. We kindly ask parents/guardians to review the changes in the 2024/2025 academic calendar for a successful year ahead. The school will reopen on Tuesday, 3rd September 2024. Please ensure that your children are present on the reopening day.

Increase in Feeding Fees: Parents and guardians are required to pay GH₵12.00 for afternoon feeding, while those who currently pay GH₵17.00 will continue to do so. This change is due to the rising cost of living. The new feeding fees will take effect from the reopening day, 3rd September 2024.

Fees: Fee payments can be made during the vacation. Parents/guardians are reminded to settle any outstanding fees before the next term begins. Fee collection for the next academic term will commence immediately after school resumes.

PTA Meeting: A compulsory parent-teacher meeting will be held on Sunday, 2nd September 2024 at 2:00 PM. A penalty of GH₵50 will be enforced for non-attendance.

Exam Fees: A fee of GH₵40.00 will be charged to all learners for Midterm examinations each term, and GH₵60.00 for each end-of-term examination in the 2024/2025 academic year. Additionally, at the end of the first term in December, learners will pay GH₵120.00 for the term examination and “our-day party”.

Replacement of School Uniform: A new uniform is mandatory for all pupils in the next academic term. Parents and guardians are required to provide the new uniform. The cost is GH₵150.00 for Crèche to KG Two and GH₵200.00 for Basic One to Basic Nine. Please be assured that we continue to conduct rigorous risk assessments to ensure the safety of all our pupils, parents, and staff.
